Baxter Floors is a family owned and operated flooring company, proudly serving the Washington DC metro area since 2008.

We specialize in hardwood floor refinishing and custom installation. We also offer a variety of residential and commercial flooring services, including our signature Deep Clean and Recoat service.

Our motto is Quicker, Cleaner, Greener. What does that mean for you?

Quicker: We use quick-drying finishes which minimize the time you will need to stay off of your floor. This means that you will be able to get back to your usual routine sooner. 

Cleaner: We use dust containment in all of our refinish work as well as water based finishes, which makes for quick and easy cleanup, and less mess overall. 

Greener: We use finishes that are low in VOCs and meet LEED guidelines. Low-VOC finish on your floor means minimal smell and fumes in your home.
